How can our papers be included in SCI journals?

After completing an SCI paper, if the submission of SCI journals fails, isn't it a waste of time? What should we do to make our SCI papers more likely to be hired? Xiaobian has sorted out three aspects for you. I hope it can help you.

  1. Originality and influence

No journal wants to publish papers that have been published in other journals, in other languages, or in slightly different forms, especially international core journals. To publish papers in international core journals, originality is the most basic requirement; Original topics usually come from practice or research on various relevant information, rather than from ready-made literature. Influence is measured by the frequency of citations.

  2. Correct selection

The impact factor of SCI journals is used to select journals. The impact factor of the journal is the current average number of citations of the literature published in the previous two years. The impact factors of science and nature are very high, and the impact factors of Chinese journals included in SCI are below 1.00. The larger the influence factor of the journal, the more useful information. The author can decide the direction of contribution according to the ranking of influence factors of the journal.

  3. Thesis writing

Chinese journals included by SCI are basically in English, and the advantage of English language is an important factor for papers to enter SCI journals. In recent years, SCI has collected 10033 papers in China, of which 83% have been published in foreign journals and 17% in China. In terms of languages, English papers account for 99.78% of the total papers, and Chinese papers account for 0.09%; French, German, Russian and Japanese papers accounted for 0.12%. The language difference between the East and the west is a big obstacle for Chinese scientific and technological workers' academic achievements to reach the world.
