2023 3rd International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication Technology (SPCT 2023)is to be held on December 1-3, 2023 in Changchun, China. SPCT 2023 takes “bringing together global wisdom in scientific innovation to promote high-quality development” as the theme and focuses on cutting-edge research fields including Signal Processing, Communication Technology and Big Data. This conference aims to boost development of the Greater Bay Area, expand channels of international academic exchange in science and technology, build a sharing platform of academic resources, promote scientific innovation on the global scale, improve academic cooperation between China and the outside world.  Submitted paper will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers after registration and presentation will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which will be submitted for indexing by Ei Compendex, Scopus.

Details of the registration fees
1. Registration fees forSPCT 2023 Regular is 550 USD / 3800 CNY per paper.
2. If the length of the paper exceeds 7 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 6) is 50 USD / 400 CNY.
3. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.
4. The registration fee does not include:  
   • Accommodation
   • Visa application fee
   • Transportation fare
5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 
6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.
7. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao. 
8. And at least 20% of the registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.
