All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the ACM International Conference Proceedings Series（ISBN: 979-8-4007-1826-7）, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

About ICCMT 2024 
The 2024 International Conference on Computer and Multimedia Technology (ICCMT 2024) [2024年计算机与多媒体技术国际学术会议]will be held in Sanming, Fujian during May 24-26, 2024. The conference will focus on the research and discussion in the field of computer and multimedia technology, providing a forum for the international academic and engineering community. The purpose of ICCMT 2024 is to bring together scholars from related fields from all over the world to share research results and at the same time explore the new frontiers of computer and multimedia technology. ICCMT 2024 warmly welcomes your contribution!

Prof. Keqin Li
SUNY Distinguished Professor, USA (MAE, FAAAS, FIEEE, FAAIA, FACIS)
Bio: Keqin Li received a B.S. degree in computer science from Tsinghua University in 1985 and a Ph.D. degree in computer science from the University of Houston in 1990. He is currently a  SUNY Distinguished Professor with the State University of New York and a National  Distinguished Professor with Hunan University (China). He has authored or co-authored more  than 960 journal articles, book chapters, and refereed conference papers. He received several  best paper awards from international conferences including PDPTA-1996, NAECON-1997,  IPDPS-2000, ISPA-2016, NPC-2019, ISPA-2019, and CPSCom-2022. He holds nearly 70 patents  announced or authorized by the Chinese National Intellectual Property Administration. He is  among the world's top five most influential scientists in parallel and distributed computing in  terms of single-year and career-long impacts based on a composite indicator of the Scopus  citation database. He was a 2017 recipient of the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement  Award for being listed in Marquis Who's Who in Science and Engineering, Who's Who in  America, Who's Who in the World, and Who's Who in American Education for over twenty  consecutive years. He received the Distinguished Alumnus Award from the Computer Science  Department at the University of Houston in 2018. He received the IEEE TCCLD Research Impact  Award from the IEEE CS Technical Committee on Cloud Computing in 2022 and the IEEE TCSVC  Research Innovation Award from the IEEE CS Technical Community on Services Computing in  2023. He was a winner of the IEEE Region 1 Technological Innovation Award (Academic) in  2023. He is a Member of the SUNY Distinguished Academy. He is an AAAS Fellow, an IEEE Fellow, an AAIA Fellow, and an ACIS Founding Fellow. He is a Member of Academia Europaea  (Academician of the Academy of Europe).

Prof. Heming Jia, Sanming University, China
Bio:Jia Heming, Ph.D., professor, master's supervisor, and leader in the field of electronic information. Selected on the global top 2% scientists list, a high-level C-class talent in Sanming City, a director of the Fujian Artificial Intelligence Society, a director of the Fujian Computer Society, a senior member of the China Computer Society, and an assistant editorial board member of the Journal of Intelligent Systems. I have published over 100 scientific research papers as the first author and corresponding author, including over 50 SCI searches. Hosted 1 general project of the Fujian Natural Science Foundation, 3 special funding projects for basic scientific research business expenses of central universities, 1 education and research project for young and middle-aged teachers in Fujian Province, 3 guiding science and technology projects in Sanming City, and 4 horizontal projects for enterprises.

Prof. Gaige Wang, Ocean University of China, China
Bio: Gai-Ge Wang is a professor at Ocean University of China, China. He was selected as one of “2022 and 2021 Highly Cited Researchers” by Clarivate. He was selected as one of “2021 and 2020 Highly Cited Chinese Researchers” in computer science and technology by Elsevier. He was selected as one of “MDPI 2021 Most Influential Author Award” in Computer Science and Mathematics by MDPI. He was selected as World’s Top 2% Scientists 2020. One of his papers was selected as “100 Most Influential International Academic Papers in China”, one of his papers ranks 1 in the selection of the latest high-impact publications in computer science by Chinese researchers from Springer Nature in 2019. He served as Editor-in-Chief ofInternational Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Soft Computing (IJAISC), Early Career Advisory Board Member ofIEEE/CAA J of Automatica Sinica(SCI), and an Editorial Board Member ofJournal of Computational Design and Engineering (SCI),Mathematics(SCI), andIJBIC (SCI). He served as Guest-Editor/co-Guest-Editor for many journals. His research interests are swarm intelligence, evolutionary computation, and scheduling.

Prof. Liming Xin, Shanghai University, China
Bio:Liming received his Bachelor’s degree from Jilin University (2004), and his Doctor degree from Shenyang Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences (2009). He completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Toronto (2015 - 2019), before working at the University of Toronto as a Research Associate. He is currently a Professor at the School of Computer Engineering and Science at Shanghai University. His research interest resides in robotics. In recent years, he has extended his research to biomedical instruments and embodied intelligence. He serves as the AE of IEEE Robotics and Automation Letters. He is the recipient of numerous research awards, including the Frontiers of Science Award, the MARSS Best Application Paper Award, the Excellent Youth Overseas Project, etc. He has also been recognized for exceptional contribution to the education by Shanghai Municipal Education Commission.
