Introduction
The 2024 3rd International Symposium on Aerospace Engineering and Systems (ISAES 2024) will be held in the Nanjing, China during March 22-24, 2024.ISAES 2024 will provide an excellent international forum for sharing knowledge and results in theory, methodology and applications impacts and challenges of Aerospace Engineering.we are delighted to have the opportunity to gather with leading academic scientists, researchers, and industrial delegate.
The regular program made up of hundreds of submitted papers, we are going to highlight and discuss topics on aerospace and astronautics in a number of formats like keynote presentations, invited lectures, panel discussions and posters. On behalf of the organizing committee, we warmly invite you to take part in the conference. With your participation and contribution, together, we shall advance the state-of-the-art in the field of aerospace and astronautics and their applications.

吴谦教授，电子科技大学

Biography: Professor Wu Qian is a national leading talent with 20 years of work experience. He has served as the Deputy Chief Engineer of Mechanical Engineering for many years in the top 500 companies in the United States, a researcher at American universities, and currently serves as a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. Professor Wu focuses on various interdisciplinary finite element calculation and analysis, using calculation results to improve and innovate mechanical design. He has completed 150 computational design projects. Professor Wu has been working and studying in Singapore for 8 years and in the United States for 15 years. He has received training from top companies in the world, including Pratt&Whitney, a Pratt&Whitney aircraft engine company in the United States, Westinghouse, Goodyear Tire Company, Samsung SDI in the United States, and IHPC, a high-performance computing research institute in Singapore. Professor Wu has led and participated in the mechanical research of composite materials for the US main battle tank M1A1, the mechanical research of composite blades for the US Black Hawk helicopter, and the structural analysis of the pressure vessel for the large nuclear power plant AP1000. He is a nationally appointed expert of the Central Organization Department, with a world-class doctoral degree and postdoctoral research experience, and a globally outstanding talent in the United States, EB1A. He is also a member of the Changjiang Scholar Committee of the Ministry of Education of China, an academician of the CAE Member, an academician of the CAS Member, and an expert of the Sichuan Science and Technology Department. Deputy Chief Engineer of the Top 500 Mechanical Engineers in the cutting-edge field of the United States. His research focuses on artificial intelligence finite element, composite material mechanics, and aircraft engines.

After a careful reviewing process, all accepted and presented papers will be published in ISAES 2024 Conference Proceedings by IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3503-5041-8), which will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Paper Requirements
1.Please follow the Manuscript template to write.
2.All submissions must not be less than 4 pages and not exceed 10 pages in length.
3.The article should be original writing that enhances the existing body of knowledge in the given subject area.
4.Results reported have not been submitted or published elsewhere.
5. Experiments, statistics, and other analyses are performed to a high technical standard and are described in sufficient detail.
6.Conclusions are presented in an appropriate fashion and are supported by the data.
7.The article is presented in an intelligible fashion and is written in Standard English.
8. Appropriate references to related prior published works must be included.
9. The manuscript should be written in accordance with the standard of template (Download the Template)
