· About ICSMS 2025
2025 International Conference on Sports, Mental Health, and Society (ICSMS 2025) will take place from June 13 to 15, 2025, in Guangzhou, China.
This conference aims to address the critical intersection of sports, mental health, and societal well-being in the contemporary world. With the growing awareness of mental health issues and their relation to physical activity, ICSMS 2025 provides a platform for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to share insights, research findings, and innovative practices.The conference will feature keynote speeches, Oral presentations focusing on various aspects, including the psychological benefits of sports, the impact of exercise on mental health, and the role of community engagement in promoting well-being. We aim to explore how sports can serve as a tool for enhancing mental health and fostering a more inclusive society.
Through interdisciplinary collaboration, ICSMS 2025 seeks to highlight evidence-based strategies and policies that can effectively address mental health challenges in the context of sports. By bringing together experts from diverse fields, we hope to inspire new research agendas and practical applications that can lead to healthier communities.

· Submission & Publication
All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ICSMS 2025 will be published as Conference Proceedings and submitted to CPCI、CNKI、Google Scholar for indexing.
All conference proceedings paper can not be less than 6 pages.

Details of The Registration Fees
1. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.
2. The registration fee does not include:
• Accommodation
• Visa application fee
• Transportation fare
3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
4. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.
5. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao.
Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
