Publication

All papaers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the conference Proceedings, and it will be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines

1. The paper should not be less than 5 pages, and should be formatted according to the paper [Template], and then click [Submission] to complete the full English submission;

2. Instructions for submission are available for download along with the paper template, so please be sure to read them in detail before registering for the program;

3. Authors can check the weight of their papers at their own expense through CrossCheck, iThenticate or other weight checking systems, and the weight checking rate should not be higher than 30% (including full-text checking of references). The papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published and will be announced on the conference homepage;

4. Publication process: submission → review and return → acceptance → payment  [Registration] → see the publication → paper proceedings → retrieval;

5. The conference only accepts full English submissions, if you need Chinese manuscript translation services, you can consult the conference secretary Ms. Liu 18024032582 (WeChat the same number)

6. the paper should have academic or practical value, not published in domestic and foreign academic journals or conferences. The authors of published papers should submit the full text for peer review, and the authors who only do the report but not publish the paper only need to submit the title and abstract.

Participation Method

1. Author participation: one accepted article allows one author to participate in the conference free of charge;

2. Keynote speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee;

3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation for 15 minutes;

4. Poster Presentation: Apply for a poster presentation, one A1 vertical size JPG format color electronic version of the poster;

5. Audience participation: not to contribute to the meeting only, you can also apply for a speech and display.

Registration Fee

* If your paper is accepted by committee and you registered for the conference, a 30% processing fee will be deducted if a retraction is requested.
