All submissions must go through a review by 2-3 committee experts. After strict review, all accepted papers will be published by IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3315-6856-6), and submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, and Scopus for indexing after publication. Previous conferences have completed EI indexing.
