The 2025 2nd World Conference on Computer and Information Security (WCCIS 2025) will be held on August 22-24, 2025 in Xiangtan, China.
The conference aims to provide a platform for experts, scholars, engineers, technologists, researchers and developers in computer and information security to share scientific research results and cutting-edge technologies, learn about academic development trends, broaden research ideas, strengthen academic research and discussion, and promote cooperation in industrialisation of academic achievements. The conference invites experts and scholars from domestic and foreign universities, scientific research institutions, business people and other related personnel to participate in the conference and exchange ideas.

Papers submitted to WCCIS 2025 will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees.After a careful reviewing process, all accepted and registered papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

2. The submitted papers must not be previously published or under consideration of publication elsewhere.
*Please submit your full paper (Word+pdf) to ONLINE SUBMISSION SYSTEM.
*Participation Method: If you want to attend the conference to make a presentation/poster/listener, please submit the abstract to the Registration System.
Registration Fee
Regular Registration(4 pages): 570 USD/ paper (4 pages)
Extra Pages (Begin at Page 5): 60 USD/ extra page
Attendees without a Submission: 225 USD/ person
Purchase Extra Proceedings: 75 USD/book

Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
