- About to IoTML 2023 -

IoTML 2023 will be held in Singapore during September 15-17, 2023. The conference will focus on the Internet of Things and machine learning, discuss the key challenges and research directions faced by the development of this field, in order to promote the development and application of theories and technologies in this field in universities and enterprises, and provide innovative scholars who focus on this research field, engineers and industry experts provide a favorable platform for exchanging new ideas and presenting research results.

Internet of Things Planned highlights of IoTML 2023 include: 

● Addresses and presentations by some of the most respected researchers in the Advanced Algorithms and Control Engineering 

● Panel discussions

Prof. Nikolaos M. Freris

University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), China

Nikolaos Freris, Distinguished Professor, Doctoral supervisor,IEEE Senior Member, University of Science and Technology of China. He has hosted a number of national and international scientific research projects, published more than 30 academic papers in IEEE TACON, VLDB Journal, SIMAX, CDC, Allerton, ICASSP and other high-level academic journals and conferences, and has been invited to give research reports in universities and conferences at home and abroad for many times. 

At present, he has two PATENTS in the United States and one in China. Participated in organizing and hosting international conferences such as BigCom, IJCAI, Allerton, EUCCO, IRAV, etc., worked as reviewers of IEEE TACON, ToN, TIT, TSP, Automatica, VLDBJ, KDD, SIOPT, IJCAI, etc. And guest editor of Neurocomputing 2017.

Prof. Kannimuthu Subramaniyam

Computer Science and Engineering, Karpagam College of Engineering (Autonomous), Coimbatore, Anna University-Chennai


Kannimuthu Subramanian is currently working as Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Karpagam College of Engineering, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. He is also an In-Charge for the Center of Excellence in Algorithms. He is an IBM Certified Cybersecurity Analyst. He did PhD in Computer Science and Engineering at Anna University, Chennai. He did his M.E (CSE) and B.Tech (IT) at Anna University, Chennai. He has more than 15 years of teaching and industrial experience. He is the recognized supervisor of Anna University, Chennai. Two PhD candidate is completed their research under his guidance. He is now guiding 7 PhD Research Scholars. He has published 50 research articles in various International Journals. 


His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Data Structures and Algorithms, Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics, Virtual Reality & Blockchain. He Conferred   Second Best Team in NLP Challenge as part of FIRE 2019 conference. He secured first Position in NLP Challenge as part of FIRE 2018 Conference. 


Dr. Cheng Chin

Newcastle University, Singapore

Dr. Cheng Siong Chin led numerous multi-disciplinary research initiatives with industries at Newcastle University in Singapore campus. He was actively involved in forming, storming, and norming team members, including industry partners leading to writing a final proposal for submission.  He actively participated in the reviewers' panel presentation and negotiation, leading to the research grant award.


He is currently a Reader (Associate Professor) in Intelligent Systems Design with Newcastle University in Singapore and Adjunct Professor to Chongqing University, School of Automotive Engineering. He has achieved over 100 publications, 7 books (by IET, CRC Press, Springer, and others), and 3 US Patents. Since 2013, he obtained 3 research grants and 5 EDB-Industrial Postgraduate Programme (IPP) grants, 1 Global Excellence Fund, and 1 Industrial Research Fund from ST Electronics funded by Defence Innovative Research Programme in intelligent systems design, simulation, predictive analytics and industrial digitalization. His research interests include the intelligent systems modelling and simulation of complex systems for an uncertain environment in the following areas:  robotics,  marine engineering,  energy systems and acoustics. 


He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a Fellow of IMarEST, a Senior Member of IEEE, and a Chartered Engineer with IET. He served as a Lead Guest Editor for the Journal of Advanced Transportation (Special Issue on Intelligent Autonomous Transport Systems Design and Simulation) and organizer for Special Session on Smart and Intelligent Controller Based Grid Integration of Renewable Energy System in IEEE TENCON 2019. He was the Panel Member for Senior Member of IEEE Application in Region 10 in 2014 and 2017.  He was invited as Plenary Speaker and Chief Guest for IEEE International Conference on Power, Energy control and Transmission Systems in 2018 in India. He served as the General Chair and the Technical Review Committee Member in various international conferences (ICRAI 2019 in NTU) related to intelligent systems.


He is the Associate Editor of IEEE Access Journal, Applied Artificial Intelligence, IEEE Earthzine (marine power and battery systems), Frontiers in Future Transportation (Transportation Electrification),  IEEE Transportation Electrification Community eNewsletter (marine/Shipboard/EV), and Electronics (Systems & Control Engineering and Artificial Intelligence Circuits and Systems, Electrical and Autonomous Vehicles Section). 


He is a system engineer, researcher, mentor, and lecturer who works diligently to drive common research interests forward. He always believes in hands-on-approach to conducting his systems design works.

Submitted paper will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers after registration and presentation will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which will be submitted for indexing by Ei Compendex, Scopus.

Join as Presenter

If you are only interested in giving a presentation at the conference without publishing your paper in the proceedings, you can choose to attend IoTML 2023 as a Presenter. As a presenter, you need to submit the Abstract and Title of your presentation during the registration. For further information, please contact us at: ic_iotml@163.com

IoTML 2023 is an unmissable conference. It is a good chance and an effective platform for you to meet many renowned experts and researchers in the field of the latest academic research. You are welcome to attend this great event. You just need to complete the registration as a Listener before the registration deadline.


Details of the registration fees

1. Registration fees for IoTML 2023 Regular is 490 USD / 3400 CNY per paper.

2. If the length of the paper exceeds 45Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 5) is 50USD / 300 CNY.

3. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.

4. The registration fee does not include:  

   • Accommodation

   • Visa application fee

   • Transportation fare

5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.

6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

7. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao.

8. And at least 20% of the registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.


Refunds Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund

* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund

* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund

* After conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.

The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
