The 2025 International Conference on Electronic Information, Computer and Aerospace Remote Sensing (EICARS 2025), Organized jointly by Wuyi University, will be held on December 12-14, 2025 in Jiangmen, China. EICARS 2025 aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers, and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of Electronic Information, Computer and Aerospace Remote Sensing. The conference provides a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners, and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Electronic Information, Computer and Aerospace Remote Sensing. All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings by IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3315-8752-9), and submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission

1. The manuscript should be written in English must not be less than 4 pages in length.

3. Please submit the full paper, if presentation and publication are both needed.

4. Please submit the abstract only, if you just want to make presentations.

5. The submitted papers must not be under consideration elsewhere.

6. The full-text repetition rate should not exceed 30%.

About attending

As a Presenter: you can deliver a presentation on EICARS 2025, but the presented manuscript will not be published. The abstract is necessary to submit.

As Listener: you can participate and attend all the presentation sessions only, neither making presentations nor having papers published.

Join as Poster Presentation: If you are interested in giving a poster presentation on conference, without publishing your paper in the proceeding, you cansubmit your paper poster after register.

Refunds Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund

* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund

* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund

* After conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.

The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
