The 2022 4th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence Technologies and Applications (ICAITA 2022), hosted by Changchun University of Science and Technology and co-organized by AEIC Academic Exchange Center, will be held on August 12-14, 2022 in Changchun, China. ICAITA 2022 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Artificial Intelligence Technologies and  Applications to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Artificial Intelligence Technologies and Applications and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Artificial Intelligence Technologies and Applications and related areas.

Changchun University of Science and Technology, formerly known as Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, was founded by the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1958. After more than 60 years of construction and development, THE university has now become a provincial key university of Jilin Province with distinctive characteristics of optoelectronics and national defense. It is co-sponsored by Jilin Province, State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense and Changchun City, and enjoys the reputation of "Cradle of Optical Talents in China". The university has been affiliated to the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Commission of Science and Technology for National Defense, the Fifth Machinery Department, the State Machinery Industry Commission, the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry, and China North Industries Corporation. In 2012, it was selected into the "Central and Western Universities Basic Capacity Construction Project". In 2017, it was selected as one of the first "Discipline Innovation Program for Universities" of the Ministry of Education. In 2020, it was selected as A construction project of "Characteristic High-level Applied Research University of Jilin Province".

 ORAL PRESENTATION INSTRUCTION 
1. Timing: a maximum of 15 minutes total, including speaking time and discussion. Please make sure your presentation is well timed. Please keep in mind that the program is full and that the speaker after you would like their allocated time available to them.
2. You can use CD or USB flash drive (memory stick), make sure you scanned viruses in your own computer. Each speaker is required to meet her/his session chair in the corresponding session rooms 10 minutes before the session starts and copy the slide file(PPT or PDF) to the computer. 
3. It is suggested that you email a copy of your presentation to your personal inbox as a backup. If for some reason the files can’t be accessed from your flash drive, you will be able to download them to the computer from your email. 
4. Please note that each session room will be equipped with a LCD projector, screen, point device, microphone, and a laptop with general presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Reader. Please make sure that your files are compatible and readable with our operation system by using commonly used fronts and symbols. If you plan to use your own computer, please try the connection and make sure it works before your presentation. 
5. Movies: If your PowerPoint files contain movies please make sure that they are well formatted and connected to the main files.
 
 POSTER PRESENTATION INSTRUCTION
1. Maximum poster size is 59.4 CM wide by 84.1 CM high（A1）. 
2. Posters are required to be condensed and attractive. The characters should be large enough so that they are visible from 1 meter apart. 
3. Please note that during your poster session, the author should stay by your poster paper to explain and discuss your paper with visiting delegates.

Details of the Registration Fees
1.Regular Registration: Submit a full paper to publish and present at the conference.
2.Additional paper: Extra papers submitted by the same first author, excluding the first paper.
3.Extra Page: If the paper exceeds 6 pages, extra pages(begin at page 7) should be paid at 50USD(300RMB)/page.
4.Listeners: Only attend the conference, without publication.
