About CNML 2026
The 4th International Conference on Communication Networks and Machine Learning (CNML 2026) will be held from January 30 - February 1, 2026, in Chongqing, China.
It aims to create a platform for academic exchange among experts and scholars in the fields of communication networks and machine learning. The conference's philosophy is to allow scientists, scholars, engineers, and students from universities and industries around the world to present their ongoing research activities, thus promoting research relationships between universities and industry. This conference provides representatives with the opportunity to engage in face-to-face discussions of new ideas and application experiences, establish business or research relationships, and seek global partners for future collaborations.

Publication
All accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings and will be submitted to EI Compendex / Scopus / IEEE Xplore for indexing.
Note: All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

* If your paper is accepted by committee and you registered for the conference, a 30% processing fee will be deducted if a retraction is requested.

Participation
1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.
2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 15 minutes in duration.
4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.
5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.
