About ICSTPA 2025

2025 2nd International Conference on Sports Technology and Performance Analysis (ICSTPA 2025) will be held on December 5-7, 2025 in Guangzhou, China.

2024 International Conference on Sports Technology and Performance Analysis (ICSTPA 2024)  was successfully held at South China Normal University in Guangzhou, China from December 13 -15 last year. More than 150 scholars attended the conference on site.

With the rapid development of technology, the field of sports technology and performance analysis is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. From data analysis to the application of biomechanics, and from monitoring athletes' physical conditions to developing intelligent training systems, technology not only significantly enhances sports performance but also offers more possibilities for the improvement of efficiency. ICSTPA 2025 aims to promote the update of knowledge and technological progress in the fields of sports technology and performance analysis, providing a platform for experts and scholars engaged in related fields to share scientific research achievements and cutting-edge technologies, understand academic development trends, broaden research ideas, strengthen academic research and discussions, and promote the education and practice of academic achievements. ICSTPA 2025 sincerely invites experts, scholars from universities and research institutions, and other related personnel from both domestic and international communities to participate in the exchange, to witness together the new progress in the field of sports technology, and to jointly promote the development of sports science.

Publication and Submission

Conference Proceedings

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committee. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ICSTPA 2025 will be published in conference proceedings, and submitted to Ei Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

Program

Participation

1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.

2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.

3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 10-15 minutes in duration.

4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.

5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.

Registration Fee

1. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.

2. The registration fee does not include: ① Accommodation ② Visa application fee ③ Transportation fare.

3. And at least 30% of the registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.
