About AIDIP 2026
2026 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Data Intelligent Processing (AIDIP 2026) is scheduled to take place on August 7-9, 2026 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The primary objective of the conference is to provide a platform for experts, scholars, engineers, and technicians involved in Artificial Intelligence and Data Intelligent Processing research to exchange scientific research achievements and cutting-edge technologies. Additionally, the conference aims to facilitate an understanding of academic development trends, broaden research ideas, strengthen academic research and discussion, as well as promote the industrialization and cooperation of academic achievements. We extend a warm welcome to experts from universities, scientific researcher institutions, scholars, business circles, and other relevant personnel to contribute their expertise and participate in the conference. Publication and Submission
All accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings and will be submitted to EI Compendex / Scopus for indexing.
Paper Submission:
The paper should have academic or practical value, and has not been published in academic journals or conferences at home and abroad.
The author who publishes the paper needs to submit the full text for peer review, and the author who only reports and does not publish the paper only needs to submit the title and abstract of the article.
Authors can check duplicates through CrossCheck, iThenticate or other query systems at their own expense, otherwise the rejected manuscripts caused by the repetition rate of the article will be the author 's own responsibility.
The paper should not be less than 4 pages.
The paper must be formatted according to the conference template. Download the paper template (click to jump): Paper Template.
The conference only accepts English manuscripts.
For personal reasons, a fee of at least 30 % is required to withdraw the manuscript without reason.
The conference is submitted online, please send the full paper(word+pdf) to Submission System.

Participation
1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.
2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 10-15 minutes in duration.
4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.
5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.

1. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
2. The registration fee does not include: ① Accommodation ② Visa application fee ③ Transportation fare.
3. And at least 30% of the registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.
Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
