Conference Introduction
2022 3rd International Conference on Modern Education and Information Management (ICMEIM 2022) will be held in Qingdao, China from September 16 to 18, 2022. Education is a social activity that aims at promoting human development and social progress and cultivates people by means of imparting knowledge and experience. Education is an inheritance and catalytic activity of human culture and an intermediary connecting the past and the future. Modern education is to cultivate innovative talents through the combination of modern scientific and technological means and traditional teaching methods, and finally promote the modernization of the whole society. Information management is a social activity in which human beings plan, organize, lead and control information resources by means of modern information technology in order to effectively develop and utilize information resources. The aims of this conference mainly discusses the relationship between the two and the future development direction. Topics related to modern education and information management are within the scope of this meeting

1) Both Abstract and Full Paper are welcomed. The author can make an oral presentation after the Abstract is accepted and the payment is finished.

Publication
All papers will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Details of the registration fees：
1. Registration fees for ICMEIM 2022 Regular is 500USD / 3200 CNY per paper.
2. If the length of the paper exceeds 4 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 5) is 50 USD / 300 CNY.
3. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, gifts and attending all technical sessions.
4. The registration fee does not include:  
   • Accommodation
   • Visa application fee
   • Transportation fee
5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 
6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 10 workdays after receiving your payment.
7. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will mail the proceedings and invoice to you.
