Signal processing and communication security are important fields in the application of modern information technology. In recent years, the research in these two fields has promoted each other, resulting in many new methods and applications. Keeping pace with the times, the 2023 2nd International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication Security (ICSPCS 2023) aims to establish a broad and effective platform for exchanges and cooperation in the industry, so that we can keep abreast of the development trends of the industry, master the latest technologies, broaden our research horizons, and promote academic progress and efficient application of technological achievements. The 2023 2nd International Symposium on Signal Processing and Communication Security (ICSPCS 2023) will be held in Hangzhou, China from May 19-21, 2023. Participants can not only listen to the wonderful reports of well-known experts at home and abroad, but also personally participate in face-to-face exchanges and discussions with experts and scholars from all over the world. All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Note: All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.



Submission Guidelines 
1. The submitted papers must not be previously published or under consideration of publication elsewhere.
2. Please submit your full paper (Word+pdf) to   SUBMISSION SYSTEM
3. And please submit the full paper if both the presentation and publication are needed.
4. Please submit the Abstract only if you just want to make a presentation.
