Conference Introduction
2025 3rd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence Security and Privacy (AIS&P 2025) will be held on December 5-7, 2025 in Guangzhou. The purpose of this session is to provide a platform for experts and scholars, engineers and technicians, and technical R & D personnel engaged in related fields such as computer and artificial intelligence to share scientific research achievements and cutting-edge technologies, understand academic development trends, broaden research ideas, strengthen academic research and discussion, and promote industrialization cooperation of academic achievements. The conference invites domestic and foreign universities, scientific research institutions, experts, scholars, business people and other relevant personnel to participate in the exchange.

Publication
All papers submitted to AIS&P 2025 will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

◆ Papers should be typeset according to the template on the conference website, and the number of pages should not be less than 4.
◆ The conference only accepts full English manuscripts. If you need Chinese-English translation or language correction services, please contact the conference secretary.
◆ After the acceptance and payment, the organizing committee will check the manuscript, the checking system is CrossCheck, iThenticate, or the authors can also pay for the checking. The authors will be responsible for the rejection caused by the repetition rate of the articles, and the papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published.

Note: Early bird rate is available for submissions and payments made 45 days prior to the conference, and the $200 discount for regular customers/students is not stackable.
Refunds
If a participant requests to cancel the conference and receive a refund for personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
*60 days prior to the conference - 70% of the payment will be refunded.
*30-60 days prior to the conference-50% of the payment refunded
*Up to 30 days prior to the conference - 30% of the payment refunded
*After the conference: no refunds
Cancellation and refund requests must be formally made by e-mail.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to change the date and venue of the conference due to force majeure. No liability will be accepted for damages caused by force majeure events and the refund policy will not apply.
Participation
1、Author Participation: One accepted article allows one author to participate in the conference for free;
2、Keynote speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee;
3、Oral Presentation: Apply for an oral presentation for 15 minutes;
4、Poster presentation: apply for poster presentation, A1 size, color printing;
5、Audience Participation：No submission only to participate in the conference, you can also apply for speeches and displays.
