About IYSF-AICE 2022
The 2022 3rd IYSF Academic Symposium on Artificial Intelligence and Computer Engineering will be held on 8-10th, October, 2022, in Xi'an, China. It is organized by the Xi'an Shiyou University. The aim of the IYSF-AICE 2022 is to provide a forum for researchers who are interested in the Artificial Intelligence and Computer Engineering. IYSF-AICE 2022 brings together scientists and engineers who are active in the area of formal methods and interested in exchanging their experiences and methods.

The conference also provides an international platform for sharing experiences, expanding professional networks, face-to-face exchange of new ideas and presenting research results.

  All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of IYSF-AICE 2022 will be published and submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

Note: All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

1、Early bird discount only for authors who complete registration by Aug. 18 submissions on Aug. 18 are time-barred and no longer eligible for the discount.
2、Each accepted paper registration includes 1 free participant quota, other authors or scholars can register as normal participants；
3、All the above fees can be invoiced, invoice information can be registered in the registration system.
4、If you need to cancel your paper after it's accepted and registered, you will be charged for 30% registration fee.

● Details of the attending registration
Join as a Presenter: If you are only interested in giving a presentation at the conference without publishing your paper in the proceedings, you can choose to attend IYSF-AICE 2022 as a Presenter. As a presenter, you need to submit the Abstract and Title of your presentation during the registration. For further information, please contact us at:  iysf_aice@163.com
Join as a Listener: IYSF-AICE 2022 is an unmissable conference. It is a good chance and an effective platform for you to meet many renowned experts and researchers in the field of the latest academic research. You are welcome to attend this great event. You just need to complete the registration as a Listener before the registration deadline.

● Details of the registration fees
1. Registration fees forIYSF-AICE 2022 Regular is 550 USD / 3500 CNY per paper.
2. If the length of the paper exceeds 4 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 5) is 50 USD / 300 CNY.
3. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.
4. The registration fee does not include:  
   • Accommodation
   • Visa application fee
   • Transportation fare
5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 
6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.
7. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao. 
8. And at least 20% of the registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.
