About AETCSE 2026

The 2026 9th International Conference on Advanced Electronic Technology, Computers and Software Engineering ((AETCSE 2026) will be grandly held in Xi'an, China, from March 13-15, 2026. This conference aims to provide a platform for scholars, researchers, and industry professionals worldwide to exchange the latest research findings and explore development trends. The conference will cover various fields, including but not limited to the design and application of advanced electronictechnology, new developments in computer science, best practices in software engineering, innovative applications of artificial intelligence technologies, and information security.

Attend the conference

* For Presenter/Poster presentation/Listener who are interested in attending the conference with no publication, please complete the registration on the Online Registration System: https://paper-sub.com/register/Y6BIAE

Registration Fee

Refunds Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund

* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund

* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund

* After conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.

The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
