About ICDIR 2026

The 2nd International Conference on Digital Society, Information Science and Risk Management (ICDIR 2026) will be held on January 23-25, 2026 in Shenyang, China.

Building upon the successful foundation of ICDIR 2025, ICDIR 2026 advances the exploration of digital transformation and its intersection with information science and risk management by emphasizing emerging challenges and novel solutions in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. As digital society continues to expand in scale and complexity, this second edition of the conference places a stronger focus on cutting-edge innovations such as quantum computing, blockchain technologies, and the next generation of AI-driven risk analytics.

ICDIR 2026 broadens its scope to include not only the theoretical and practical aspects of risk management but also the resilience and sustainability of digital infrastructures under the pressures of climate change, cyber threats, and global pandemics. The conference aims to foster deeper interdisciplinary dialogues and actionable strategies that incorporate the dynamic interplay between technology, policy, and societal impacts in digital ecosystems.

With keynote speeches from renowned experts, interactive workshops, and special sessions dedicated to real-world case studies and industry best practices, ICDIR 2026 provides an enhanced platform for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to exchange knowledge, spark innovation, and forge strategic partnerships. The event’s unique location in Shenyang—an emerging hub of technological development—also offers participants an opportunity to engage with regional digital initiatives and witness firsthand the advances shaping the future of information science and risk management.

We warmly invite you to join ICDIR 2026 to continue this important dialogue, contribute your expertise, and collaborate on building resilient, intelligent, and human-centered digital societies for tomorrow.
