SGES 2026 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Smart Grid and Energy Systems to a common forum.
The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Smart Grid and Energy Systems and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. Publication
All papers, both invited and contributed, the accepted papers, will be published for inclusion into Conference proceedings with meeting scope and quality requirements, and also submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing. All conference proceedings paper can not be less than 4 pages.
Note: All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
Submission Method
1. The submitted papers must not be previously published or under consideration of publication elsewhere.
2. Please submit your full paper (Word+pdf) to

4. Please submit the Abstract only if you just want to make a presentation.

* If your paper is accepted by committee and you registered for the conference, a 30% processing fee will be deducted if a retraction is requested.

* The above program is a brief outline. A more detailed programme will be emailed to you after the registration deadline. The actual conference schedule may be a little different according to the number of participants.
Participation
1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.
2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 15 minutes in duration.
4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.
5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.
