To accommodate the ever-changing world and China's rapid progress in this new era, the International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Signal Processing (ICSP 2026) will embrace the theme of 'Intelligent Computing and Signal Processing.' This conference will delve into the forefront of research in areas such as Intelligent Computing and Machine Learning, Signal Processing and Intelligent Control, Image Processing and Computer Vision, the Internet of Things, and Sensor Technology. Its objective is to propel advancements in the computer field, broaden international academic exchange channels in science and technology, establish a platform for sharing academic resources, and promote scientific innovation globally. Additionally, it aims to strengthen academic collaboration between China and the international community, enhance the growth of Intelligent Computing and Signal Processing industries, foster the exchange of information on research frontiers across diverse fields, connect the most advanced academic resources domestically and internationally, transform research findings into industrial solutions, and bring together talents, technologies, and capital to fuel development.

Publication
All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings, which will be submitted for EI Compendex, Inspec and Scopus. All conference proceedings paper can not be less than 4 pages.
Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
Registration
** If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao.
Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
