2025 International Conference on Unmanned System and Technology (UST 2025) will be held on September 19-21, 2025 in Guangzhou, China. The conference is dedicated to exploring the innovation and application of unmanned systems in different fields, focusing on current and future technological developments and challenges. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, robotics and automation systems, unmanned systems show great potential in many fields such as military, agriculture, logistics, healthcare and city management. Conference topics include unmanned vehicles, drones, intelligent robots, autonomous underwater vehicles, multi-robot system collaboration, and related sensing and control technologies. As an important part of the 21st century's technological revolution, unmanned systems have already had a profound impact on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing safety. The conference will bring together researchers, engineers and industry representatives from all over the world to share the latest research results and application cases through academic presentations, technology demonstrations and panel discussions, to promote the continuous innovation and cross-disciplinary practice of unmanned systems technology, and to inject new momentum into the development of society.

All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted full papers will be published in IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3503-8076-7) and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
Note:
All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* If your paper is accepted by committee and you registered for the conference, a 30% processing fee will be deducted if a retraction is requested.
* 15 days ahead of the conference: 100% of payment refund * From 14 days before Registration day of the conference: 30% of payment refund * After the Registration day of the conference: no refund
The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of amount to "Force Majeure" circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy. | |
