 About ICECTT 2023
2023 8th International Conference on Electromechanical Control Technology and Transportation (ICECTT 2023) will be held on May 19-21, 2023 in Hangzhou, China. Chongqing Jiaotong University, Xi'an University of Technology, and School of Transportation, Fujian University of Technology provide conference support. ICECTT 2023 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of electromechanical control technology and transportation to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in electromechanical control technology and transportation. And another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in electromechanical control technology and transportation and related areas.

Papers submitted to ICECTT 2023 will be reviewed by technical committees of the conference. All accepted full papers will be published on SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X)  and submitted to  EI Compendex for indexing.

*We will send you Acceptance Notification and Registration Instruction as soon as your paper was accepted by EI journal. And then you could register according to the Registration Instruction.
* If your paper is accepted by committee and you registered for the conference, a 30% processing fee will be deducted if a retraction is requested.

Datails of the registration fees
1. Registration fees for ICECTT 2023 Regular is USD550 / 3800 RMB per paper.
2. If the length of the paper exceeds 6 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 7) is USD60 / 400RMB.
3.  Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, gifts and attending all technical sessions.
4. The registration fee does not include:  
   • Accommodation
   • Visa application fee
   • Transportation fee
5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 
6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.
7. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will mail the proceedings and invoice to you.
