| About ICIPAI 2025 |
2025 2nd International Conference on Image Processing and Artificial Intelligence（ICIPAI2025） will be held in Changchun from April 18 to 20, 2025. The conference will primarily focus on processing and artificial intelligence, discussing the key challenges and research directions encountered in the development of this field. Its aim is to promote the development and application of theories and technologies in this domain within universities and enterprises. Additionally, it aims to provide a favorable platform for innovative scholars, engineers, and industry experts to exchange new ideas and present their research results.

All papers,both invited and contributed, the accepted papers, will be published for inclusion into SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering with meeting scope and quality requirements, and also submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing. All conference proceedings paper can not be less than 4 pages.

| Refunds Policy |
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
