█  Conference Introduction

Welcome to ICHCI 2025 with theme of “AI Brings Life”. Scholars, researchers and students are invited to actively publish unpublished original research papers and important ongoing papers and research results in the field of intelligent computing and human-computer interaction; And warmly welcome domestic and foreign universities, scientific research institutions experts, scholars, business people and other relevant personnel to participate in the conference exchange.

The topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:

█  Publication

Submit to Conference Proceedings (EI)

All accepted full papers will be published in IEEE (ISBN:979-8-3315-5302-9) and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, Scopus and Inspec for indexing. 

The conference recieves support from IEEE SMC Intelligent Power and Energy Systems Technical Committee.

Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

█  Submission 

1.The paper should be typeset according to the template and should not be less than 4 pages.

2.Papers must be in English and have not been published in academic journals or conferences at home and abroad.

3.Weight check rate is less than 30%. Authors can check your own weight through the CrossCheck, Turnitin, iThenticate or other query system.

█  Conference Program

The following information about the schedule is for your reference:

█  Registration

1. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.

2. The registration fee does not include: ① Accommodation ② Visa application fee ③ Transportation fare.

3. And at least 30% of the registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.

█  Participation

1. Paper Authors: The edition fee includes a free place to attend the conference. The other authors can register as normal participant. All the authors can apply the presentation for free.

2. Keynote Speaker: Apply for the keynote speech on the conference. Please submit your personal CV, presentation title and abstract.

3. Oral Presenter: Apply for the oral presentation on the conference. Please submit your presentation title and abstract.

4. Poster Presentation: Apply for print the poster and the poster will be shown on the conference hall. Please submit the A1 vertical and electronic version.

5. Audience Participation: No submission but only participation.
